The number one thing preventing you from reaching your goals is … you. And the worst part is that most of us don’t even recognize the ways that we are sabotaging our efforts. Your thoughts become your reality. If you believe that you’ll never reach your goals, then you won’t. If you keep telling yourself that you’re too weak, too slow, too big, etc. then that will continue to be the case. If you think that it will be too hard, then it will be.

I will help you get out of your own way and break free from negative thought patterns and habits so you can finally making lasting changes to your life and stick with your fitness routine. Online coaching includes weekly 1:1 phone calls with me where I will give you the tools you need to transform and maintain your results for life. NUTRITION & HABIT COACHING

I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach to nutrition – but I do believe in helping you figure out what works best for your body, your metabolism, your goals, and your tastes and preferences . Whether you’re feeling super motivated to overhaul your eating, or prefer to slowly make a few tweaks over time, my goal is to make sure it feels sustainable and enjoyable for you. Let me sweat the details so you can focus on accomplishing one step at a time.

QUICK & EFFECTIVE WORKOUTS

What is it that you want to accomplish – and what is it that’s held you back in the past? Getting clear on this will be our first step. My biggest goal for you is to feel good, move well and have some fun! Whether you are hoping to increase your mobility, learn new skills, feel like a badass while getting stronger, or change your body - I want to help you put together a plan to get there. As your goals and desires change over time, we will discuss how to adjust your plan.

All workouts will be customized to your goals, and included a warm up and cool down. How long and how many workouts per week will depend on your goals and your schedule. Programs can either be delivered via a smartphone app, a printable PDF so you can take it with you offline, or a YouTube video for follow along workouts. I can plan your workouts around the equipment you already have, or make suggestions if you are interested in upgrading your home gym supplies.

How it works

  • 1. CONSULTATION

    After filling out the application form by clicking on the button below, you’ll be directed to book a 30 minute discovery call via Zoom so we can discuss if online coaching is the best fit for you. If we both choose to proceed, you’ll be emailed a detailed intake form.

  • 2. ASSESSMENT

    During your first coaching session, we will do a few basic assessments for mobility, or strength, or conditioning, or measurements, etc. based on your fitness goals to provide us a baseline to measure progress with.

  • 3. CUSTOM PLAN

    In each week’s coaching session we will we review how things are going and determine how to continue to progress thoughtfully toward your goals. Nutrition and lifestyle habits can be tracked via the PT Distinction app, along with your workouts.

Online Coaching Pricing

I don’t promote temporary, quick fixes. And changing your mindset, eating habits, and fitness can take time. Please only apply for online coaching if you can commit to showing up for yourself for at least 3 months. Each session last 60 minutes.

You can pre-pay for either three, six, or 12 months at a time. The more sessions you commit too, the lower the price:

Just Trying it Out (3 Months / 12 sessions)

  • $150/session, or $1,800 total

Committed (6 Months / 25 sessions)

  • $125/session, or $3,125 total

Life Changing (12 Months / 52 sessions)

  • $100/session, or $5,200 total

Monthly payment plans are available for an additional processing fee. You will be sent a link to purchase the sessions after your discovery call.

+ How do I get started?

  • The first step is to click on the button below to fill out the application form and then sign up for a free discovery call to make sure remote coaching is a good fit for you. Then we’ll start by getting to know each other so we can determine your needs and goals. Together, we’ll develop a plan by breaking down your big goals into small daily practices that add up to massive changes. I call this the snowball effect. You’ll develop healthy habits that become second nature and last a lifetime.

+ What equipment do I need?

  • That depends on your goals! We can get started training for almost any goal with bodyweight only. As we progress, I can plan your workouts around the equipment you already have or make suggestions if you are interested in upgrading your home gym supplies.

+ How many workouts will I get per week?

  • That depends on your goals, your availability, and what works best for you! I will write as many (or as few) workouts as you need. Your schedule may also change over time, and we can adjust your plan as needed.

+ What kind of nutrition coaching is involved?

  • I don't assign diets, and I don't prescribe meal plans. As a Precision Nutrition coach, I help women find sustainable ways to eat that will fuel their bodies with quality foods in the right quantities for them. Because each program is individualized, I will discuss nutrition with you and identify your top priorities. I believe in the snowball effect, and each week we will add a healthy eating habit. Over time, like a snowball rolling down a hill, your relationship with food and how you eat will completely transform with what feels like very little effort. I will provide all the information and accountability you need to form the habits that support your needs and give you the confidence to make great nourishment part of your everyday routine.

+ What is the commitment for coaching?

  • I believe that the greatest change happens by forming deep and lasting relationships with my clients. Because of this, the minimum commitment to work with me is 3 months, though 6 months is prefered. Discounts are available for longer term commitments. I look forward to being able to meet your needs both now and as they evolve!

+ How will often will we communicate?

  • I will be checking your progress regularly via the PT Distincition app to answer any questions that come up and provide coaching notes if needed. The more information you add to your workouts in the app, the more I will be able to give feedback and fine tune your program. We will schedule a weekly 60 minute check-in via Zoom to see how your training, nutrition, and lifestyle factors such as stress and sleep are going. This is a is a great opportunity to dive deeper into program feedback to make sure you are loving your program and getting what you need out of it.

+ What if I have an injury?

  • First things first, you should always check with your doctor if you are currently undergoing treatment for any injuries or medical conditions. If you are currently working with a physical therapist, or have recently been discharged from one, I can reach out to them to ensure that our workouts are following their guidelines.

  • If you have a nagging injury from the past or a new issue pops up, I will make sure you are training safely and as pain free as possible. As a corrective exercise specialist, I can program recovery workouts and recommend lifestyle practices that promote healing, and incorporate movements to work around your injuries and strengthen you over time. There is almost always a way to keep moving safely, and I can guide you through the process so you won’t have to guess how to modify workouts on your own.
